| Q. | How do I know if my roof has a problem? |
| A. | If your roof does not leak, the best thing to do is a spring and autumn inspection of your roof. Make sure your ladder is tied off so it wont’ slip or fall with you. Stay away from electrical lines and wear rubber-soled shoes. Stay on the ladder and off of the roof if possible. Visually check for any cracked warped or missing shingles, loose seams and deteriorated flashings. Excessive shingle granules in your gutters also will tell you if you have worn shingles.
